Refund Policy
We want you and your child to absolutely love your purchase from Niara's Closet. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Our Policy You have 30 days from the date you received your order to initiate a return or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be in original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
- Please include the original packing slip or a note with your order number.
How to Initiate a Return
- Send an email to returns@niarascloset.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Return Shipping We offer free return shipping for items being exchanged for a different size or style. For all other returns, a $5.00 fee for the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
Final Sale Items Certain items, such as those marked "final sale," cannot be returned or exchanged. This will be clearly noted on the product page.
